Refund policy

* Exchanges are strictly allowed within 7 days from the date the order is received.
* Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags intact.
* Each item is eligible for one (1) exchange only.
* Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are advised to check available sizes and designs on our website before requesting an exchange.
* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.
* Once the exchange request form is completed and any required payment is made, we will arrange courier pickup and redelivery. Airway bill details will be sent via email.
* Any price difference will be communicated and must be settled before processing.
* No refunds are offered under any circumstances, including sale items.
